1. Who we are
WingsCRM is operated by Wingspan Global Solutions ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website and CRM platform.
2. Information we collect
Account data: name, email, phone and company details you provide at sign-up.
Customer data: leads, contacts, notes, call logs and messages that you or your team store in your workspace. You remain the owner of this data.
Usage data: device, browser, IP address and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
3. How we use information
To provide, maintain and secure the service; to provide support; to send service-related notices; and, with your consent, product updates. AI features process your workspace data only to generate results for your workspace.
4. Data isolation and security
Each organization has an isolated workspace. Data is encrypted in transit, protected by access controls and role-based permissions, and never shared between organizations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, messaging, telephony, AI), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, workspace data is deleted within 90 days unless law requires longer retention.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
