1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using WingsCRM, you agree to these terms with Wingspan Global Solutions. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace, including actions by users you invite.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to send spam, contact people without a lawful basis, violate DND/TRAI regulations or WhatsApp policies, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access other organizations' data.

4. Your data

You own the data in your workspace. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance per the plan you choose. Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST). Unpaid accounts may be suspended.

6. Third-party services

Integrations such as WhatsApp, telephony providers and ad platforms are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or charges.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
